Main Customer Agreement & Regulatory Authorisation
SwiftPay operates as a technology and integration platform connecting clients to regulated banking, card and payment infrastructure. All client funds are held and safeguarded by SwiftPay's regulated financial partners in accordance with applicable banking and financial regulations. SwiftPay does not hold, custody or safeguard client funds directly.
Clients operating under this model are not required to hold a banking licence. However, SwiftPay recommends that clients obtain the appropriate third-party service provider authorisation applicable to their activity. SwiftPay's corporate services team in Dubai provides full support for the acquisition of this authorisation and can be engaged directly for this purpose.
